PC should be played with skill, not somthing that Aims for you. Aim Assist isnt needed in my opinion, most vets enjoy the fights were they have 3 guys coming at them and by out shooting and manuevering the enemy said Vet kills all 3 and drives on! The game aiming for people is BS IMO, even if you dont remove it totally from the game.... JUST DISABLE IT IN PC!!!! Skill should win matches not this crap.

It needs to be toned down. I've got just over 500 HP on my pub suit and it was getting chewed through with a quickness. I fitted an exile and started tearing people up. It was easier to hip fire an AR than blast MD rounds.

Now that hit detection is better you all scream "aimbot" What do you want 1. To "outmaneuver" 3 guys? or 2. To have good hit detection? TL;DR Maybe you just aren't as good as you thought you were!

Even if it had been an issue i had 3 guns shooting at me to my 1 shooting at them. So thats invalid, and no1 here is screaming aimbot

I was just going to say something similar to this. Aim assist or not, explosions rule dust and pc matches. I don't really care whether aim assist is on or not...just leave hit detection as is. Cause tbh, whether aim assist is on or not, it works equally for everyone. There is no sp gap for aim assist.

Skill should win matches not this crap. nope aim assist or not i always have a good k/d but i find aim assist is better for me i mean without the aim assist= less longer play time becuz i hav headache when i score 22/0 in ambush it take so much concentration to shot tha after 100 min my aim begging to falter .aim assist to me = less headache and since the aim keyboard and mouse is better removing aim assist to ds3 is suicidal

The reason you are all noticing aim assist is because it wasn't completely removed until uprising, giving you something substantial to compare it to. During uprising near enough the whole community was complaining that aiming was broken, and coincidently at the same time aim assist had been disabled. Maybe you can put it down to sensitivity changes, but I don't believe that is the sole reason for it. If you don't like aim assist don't use it. If you want a total l33t, hardcore game that you can prove your skills and make yourself feel awesome, go play Arma II.

Though wouldn't surprise me if a lot of the aim assist 'benefit' is part of seeing an improving hit detection

Actually, there were a LOT of complaints on a regular basis throughout the history of the game having aim assist. As long as there has been aim assist, there have been complaints. When it was first implemented, I was one of the people complaining, because not only was it unreliable and hopelessly inaccurate, but there was no option to disable it, so I couldn't even get rid of it. Then it got removed. They tweaked it, made a point of it being optional this time around, but it still had issues. One of the main issues was that it was - yep - TOO STRONG. It was also crazy glitchy and turning it off caused a lot of players even worse problems than having to deal with aim assist. They disabled it again, but when they brought it back this time, IT'S EVEN STRONGER. Because it wasn't consistent before, the main complaints were about it simply not working. And when it did kick in, it threw people off because it was auto-correcting when players expected it not to. Now the complaints are that it's badly-implemented, and those complaints are totally legitimate.
