Very glad to see CCP keeping us informed about everything that is going on. Thank you on behalf of all of us.
Besides the known issues we have found a few other issues that I wanted to bring to your attention. Definitely not as important as the known issues at the beginning of this post.
Inertia Dropping out of MCC - I noticed multiple times this morning while playing that when jumping out of the MCC, out of a drop ship, or off of a high object (when given the option to use the inertia drop) that it doesn't always deploy. I thought at first this was a player error and perhaps I wasn't actually pressing the button. After multiple deaths of teammates and myself because of this I realized it wasn't just my stupidity. Whether I mashed the button, tapped it, or held it, it didn't make a difference. It deployed when it wanted, and when it didn't, my cloned aftermath was spread all over the ground.
Match Making -I understand this is a known issue, but my experience isn't that of the uneven battles, wrong matches, or the long wait times. I made a new clone this morning. Fresh out of the Battle Academy I decided to throw my new clone into a match. I thought to myself "perhaps the new match making will put me with players that are fresh out of the academy as well, or at least not into an absolute proto-stomp." I was wrong. Maybe I, like many others, misunderstood the new match making criteria. We were under the impression that players would now be put into matches with players around their same skill level. Whether this was based on skill points, war points, or whatever else would make sense. Apparently we were wrong. My first match was 12 on 12. All 12 of the players on my team were in militia to advanced gear, all 12 of the players on the other team were in advanced to proto gear. I have no problems going up against proto geared players, you win some you lose some, but for new players this could be a definite turn off to the game.
Grenades - Grenades in this game have been known to "dud" time and again. I'm not sure if its meant to be this way, as perhaps the factories producing these grenades have issues much like factories in real life. I've seen on many occasions red grenades sitting next to me causing me to flee instantly, only to have the grenade not blow up at all. This isn't a huge deal to me, but some players seem to feel it is. Wasting ISK, not getting their kill, whatever the reason.
Not seeing teammates HP - I myself play as a logi, noticing this morning that I couldn't always see the HP bars of my teammates, sometimes never.
Vehicle Hacking - Sometimes after hacking an enemy vehicle there is no option to jump into it. This happened to my squad, and myself multiple times today. Not any vehicle in specific, but all of them. One was a Viper, landed perfectly on the ground, full HP, hacked, could not enter. Another was some kind of LAV, same thing. Lastly a tank. Assuming the tank driver was new being that it was a Sica and the person jumped out of it after taking one swarm launcher. We killed him, hacked the tank and yet again no option to jump inside of the tank. I'm not sure if this was just a glitch in the specific match we were in, being that all instances happened in the same match.
Battle Finder - This is more of a "human error" issue than anything but I feel like it should be addressed. When queuing for a battle things seem to work just fine, but after you have queued pressing the circle button cancels the battle instead of just leaving the battle finder screen. I understand this is just complete stupidity on my part, and others, but maybe we could get this changed. Its quite a bother to have a squad leader accidentally hit a button then having the other players in his squad have to rush to cancel battle as well before they deploy. Not to mention with the current "Cannot join squad, Squad is already deployed" issues going on causing people to have to log-out and log back in to fix this seems to be a pretty annoying issue.
