Honestly, i think this is not really fair.
Ok, from my point of view, Dust as it is, is nothing more than in its Beta Phase. (I nice shooter to see if the gameplay works but nothing serious to do...) The missing PVE part is a good proof of this statement. ;) And it takes a lot of time to balance things. CCP does this step by step instead of release everything at once but totally unplayable.
And so i really don't want the game you linked here. Please don't hate me, i still believe that we will have all this in Dust....someday. Maybe better.
But let's have a closer look at some points:
- 1:21 Far more Open Overview Map (No Redline)
I see snipers everywhere. After death, i need minutes to get back into battle (without vehicles). Workaround: Have some Dropship pilots flying back and forth only hauling soldiers to the action. (I like dropships somehow but that won't be fun.) And no Readline...hm, maybe HAVs around the MCC spawn Point. (Drop out of the MCC just to land in front of a 80GJ Blaster...any fun?) Maybe remove uplinks and let people just drop everywhere they want? Not sure if this would work.
- 1:25 PLAYER Deployed Installation with Sensor Boosters, etc. All deployed by the COmmander
Nice, but hard to balance. What resources do you use to deploy infrastructure? Deploy everywhere or just in specific areas (where? even more map design/balance)? I see a lot of bugs with blaster-installations dropped half on a rooftop where noone can access it or stuff like this.
- 2:02 Look at THAT sweet LAV... So much better than what we have now, and the Blaster on the Back looks like a Blaster....

I haven't played the new Gal. researche lab yet, but i think that it should be just like that. (At least they are working on that kind of maps...)
- 2:35 Switches from Assault Rifle (which has an Underbarrel Grenade Launcher) to Rocket Launcher (without clone death)
Use Command-suits. They can use both.
- 2:50 INTERIOR COMBAT ENVIRONMENT!
Same with the new Research Lab Map (i hope)
- MULTISTAGE INVASION (Down Mainframe to take down shields, so MCC can move in)
Yeah, i really want something like the assault modes in UT where you have to do different objectives. Maybe someday when we get PVE-missions?

Who really wants this in the game? We already have so many AR users. Sure, give them the Massdriver too...in a single gun... ;)
- 4:40 "This one (MCC) is ours?" Atli - "Yes, PLAYER CONTROLLED"
Maybe this comes when the integration into the EVE universe gets better. But hey, this is a just beta ;) And i have the feeling that CCP has real problems to bring EVE and Dust together. But maybe that's just me.
- 5:37 RDV drops in a FIGHTER
And crashes 10sec later. It looks hard to controll, even on this gigantic map. Besides that, its way to fast to be hit by Forge Guns or even Swarm Launchers. Make it slower and its close to the Combat Dropships with its Rocket Launcher (Maybe more firepower but without crew?). I think i have seen some concept art with fighters lately. See the link above.
- 6:32 Artillery Vehicle firing on the MCC
Hm, i don't think people should be able to directly hit the MCC. If its not player controlled, there is no difference to a null cannon (Ok, it looks different)
- 6:45 Switched from Assault Rifle to Sniper Rifle
Use commando suits.

Yeah, this one really looks much better than what we have now.
Have some patience. (CCP is just not the fastest company on earth.) Take a break and try Dust again in 6-12 month. Thats what i do in EVE from time to time and Dust has improved a lot in the last year or so. So, it't not lost. Just a bit late on schedule ;)
