I assume that they do NOT boost the output of Reactive Plate's healing factor, but I wanted to be sure. Anyone out here done the required testing? |

They do not - they are additive only, just like the armor repairers.
If I have logi 3, and add reactive plates, my total is 3+1, it's not 3+4.

Actually, Forlorn, are you running Amarr Logi? Cause the reactive plates are in addition to the armor repers, but they may not be included in the armor repair module bonus, and maybe not with the Amarr Logi bonus. This should be given some testing. |

Ah - you're not talking about the native suit rep bonus - you are talking about the repairer bonus. Yeah, that I don't know. |

I always assumed it didn't because the bonus clearly states armor repair modules and reactive plates are listed as armor plates. However, in my opinion it *should* count towards it. |

That's how I feel about it, but it seems that precise wording and the newness of the plates are otherwise inclined. I heard that the Amarr Assault is similarly kittened in respect to the Scrambler Rifle. |

That is 100% false, I use Amarr Assault and the Scrambler Rifle and can tell you it does indeed reduce the heat build up. |

Not doubting you here, I'm just curious - How many shots do you get off with the Amarr assault on? I get 15 without. |

I've always found it better to not use reactive plates on my Amarr Logi, I don't think they benefit from the racial bonus. They use up too much PG as well. I use two adv reppers and two adv plates. That gives me ~350 armor and ~14 repair per second. I've always though reactive plates should be armor resistance modules that go in the high slots tbqh. I suggest just not using them. |

Well it varies from person to person because the scrambler rifle stupidly works off of heat build up per second instead of heat build up per shot, but with my Level 3 in Amarr Assault I can get 18 single shots off or 1 charge shot + 8 single shots.

I just stack my pro amarr logi with all, enhanced armour plates, gets 566 armour and a 5.2 armour rep/second. Mind you I'm slightly faster than a heavy but I don't run alone when I'm using it so its fine....can't wait for the armour buff ^.^ |

If I survived a battle, I was ready for another one in like 5 seconds. It was very hard and not very practical, but fun. I too cannot wait for the armor buff. |

I've done it with all reppers too, it's kinda funny to watch your armour bar go back to full almost as fast as your shields |

Yea, I protoed Amarr Logi before the Reactives came out, it really showed what role the suit belongs in (brief excursions, fast recuperation). i was hoping the Reactives worked with the skill so that I could beef up his HP abit in exchange for some rep speed, but still get the most out of my suit bonus. Without it, it feels like a waste to use Reactives :c |

If your Amarr Logi you need your PG and CPU for that sidearm and awesome equipment. Go with 3 basic plates for over 400 armor and then go 1 complex repper. Also the racial bonus only works for your repper and not the plates with reps. That is for sure. |

Yeah I meant 2 enhanced reppers and 1 enhanced plate. I use my adv. suit usually so I can't fit complex without sacrificing my equipment and weapons. On my proto I have two complex reppers and two enhanced plates though. I like the reps more than the tank, and I've tried using more armor, but it doesn't fit my style. Maybe after the update I will switch out a rapper for a plate to see if I like it, but I'm not too sure. |

Reactives are silly especially for the Amarr logi. Better to run enhanced/Pro plates with a Complex Repper. If you only have 1 slot left best to go extra armor plate. As has been stated 1 complex rep gives you over 7.8hp/s plus logi bonus so 12.8. That's better than a vanilla Cal Logi after you figure shield delay.
Another thing to remember is the triage hives, always run with these and you'll have a ton of repair/ammo. Best to use these as a "base" to retreat too because in the middle of battle these can easily get blown up. If someone notices you using them you can bet you'll have some fluxes flying at you so try to keep them out of the line of fire. |
