The relative meta and power levels of the recruiter awards are solid, they possess utility and provide options. The one thing they lack is racial diversity among the dropsuits.
The weapons offer an array of possibilities, Assault Rifle, Scrambler Pistol, Sniper Rifle, Laser Rifle.
The Senior Recruiter LAV is a nice touch which also provides general utility, though having an armor version and a shield version would be nice.
But the racial, and for that matter role, diversity among dropsuits is lacking, we have a selection of three Caldari Assault dropsuits.
It would add something extra to the rewards if the recruiter were able to choose their racial preference for receiving those rewards. This would add flavor and customization without altering the balance scale of the rewards in any way.
It could also be tailored to the current suits in the game, such as the Militia and MAG suits thus providing not only racial but also role diversity without introducing any new balance concerns.
Even better would be adding an extended option for recruiters allowing them to ultimately earn all the racial dropsuits for continued recruiting success. This would not alter the balance implications of the rewards program because any additional suits would still be scaled according to the current rewards with the current 'Master Recruiter Assault' being apex of gear quality and the other rewards providing increased diversity rather than increased power. The only net impact on character power would be a few extra boosters earned along the way.
On balance adding racial diversity into the recruiter rewards, and extending the program to include them all essentially creates an ongoing player event with the goals being to foster a growing & active player base.
In short this change is a win-win.

Yeah the short version is that while the rewards in and of themselves are nice and well worth it they become less worth it for everyone who is not playing a Caldari Assault. Considering that the Cal suit makes up only 25% of the Assault suits, which are only 50% of the medium frames which are only 33% of the frame types, and that all ignores vehicles....
Well the rewards are good but a bit narrow in the scope of their utility.
