I am a covert intelligence spook, the following is true:
After the Gallante-Caldari war, spec-ops units ran thorough analysis of all state controlled buildings. What we found were dossiers, computer files and dead drops all talking about a black listed operation known as Triple Sand. The Intel revealed a secret complex know as -installation 14-.
It took us years but we finally found it. It was a cloaked facility that had been burrowed into a large and deep canyon, deep in the desert.
The facility housed prototypes, weapons, armor, shields, cloaks, ships. You name it, it was at installation 14. We used a lot of the rail technology we found to further the Federal arsenal.
We found something else.
We found test tubes, incubators, operating rooms, strapped arm chairs, cells and bodies... The Caldari had been experimenting with thereupon version of the Amarrian H.E.D(-Human-Endurance-Program-) program. The very same program that made the Kaimeras, the Amarrian Empires super soldiers, brainwashed Matar slaves.
As it happen to be, the facility had been evacuated when Caldari Prime was lost. The facility was planted with explosives all over the place, unfortunately for them, we handle activated an EMP field near the area and so they were not able to destroy it.
Though, much of the Intel regarding the results of the operation were missing, also it appears all test subjects had been evacuated save for a half dozen who were found dead in isolation chambers, surgery tables, interrogation rooms and strapped to chairs. This leads us to believe that the Caldari did not give up on Triple Sand. It most likely continues deep in the state.
It might be why some of them were so eager to re take Caldari Prime. Though unlike them we succeeded in destroying the base by way of Orbital Barrage.
Careful of the State, they are far more sinister then they want you to believe.

And, of course, as a spook, you never, ever tell lies.
Right?
Soldier, even if all of this is true, the State containing ruthless elements is news how?
The Provists having included some fairly nasty people who could justify fairly nasty experiments is news how?
The people who were hottest to retake Caldari Prime (which, let's not forget, your Federation did not recover, either; it's now a demilitarized zone) were the blasted Templis Dragonaurs, a bluntly racist, fascist faction of terrorists-- and an illegal organization under State law, by the way. They've been responsible for some of the darkest chapters of Caldari history, including the bombing of Nouvelle Rouvenor and the race-inspired Waschi Uprising.
They'd see those Achura who hold State citizenship reduced to nonentities, and those of us who are citizens of the Achur client state stripped of our protected status, and you want all the State to be judged on the basis of their doings, soldier?
Shall we discuss the Black Eagles, then? Or your own breed of unabashed fascists, who reacted to Nouvelle Rouvenor by bombarding cities from orbit in retaliation for the actions of a handful of radicalized fools?
Or your humane methods of execution? |

So you are saying our willingness to defend Caldari Prime was due to a need to defend a facility that none of us have ever even heard of for a program that is suspect at best? It had nothing to do with that fact that it was our ancestral home world and it was our duty to defend it?
Anyone who buys this probably also subscribes to Gutter Press, I am sure. It is obviously counterintelligence to justify further investigations into the State. |

They may not be genetically modified but I never said they were. The Kaimera are test tube bred.
But they are brainwashed. From an early age they are taught that they are equal in status as any other Amarr citizen. They are taught they are chosen ones. They are taught this even though the Amarr would never see them as Chosen Ones. Not only that, they are closely monitored, the information they are fed is specifically chosen so that they do not know the truth. So they don't find out that they are not equal in status to the True Amarr, so they do not know they are Minmatar. The Kaimera are purposely put into hazardous situations, with the hope that they are killed, as a way of getting rid of any Kaimera that may learn who they really are, how they are treated and what is thought of them by the Empire.

But they are chosen in the eyes of God, all Minmatar are, and will be accepted into his Kingdom, they simply do not understand it yet. They are not testube bred, they are bred as one might seek to breed a fine Slaver Hound, to be ruthlessly efficient, and superior to all their matari counterparts.
In Amarr hierarchy is a part of our culture, not everyone in this universe is made equal, the Holders are divinely chosen to serve the Lord, the Empress rules above all, and the serfs are under his commandments are rules by these two.
The Minmatar will be equals of the Amarr when the have served their Trials of the Years and are inducted into the Empire. Know the people of the Amarr before you criticise or make assumptions about them.
And the Kamieras are put into dangerous situations because that is what they are trained to do, fight in the most hazardous scenarions, against the most unbalanced odds, and triumph so as to show the superiority of the Amarrian peoples. |

And what has the Federation actually done to help us? They left most of the Intaki and her colonies into lowsec region, without protection from CONCORD and at the mercy of pirates. The Intaki Assembly was supposed to establish a military presence to resolve this issue, but it failed as well. And on top of that, the Federation lets capsuleers fight over our planets in the never-ending Empyrean War, only designed to sate the massive egos of capsuleers in some false sense that the war actually has any true impact on anything aside the people living on those planets, which only adds insult to injury.

And just how do you figure you are going to infiltrate pirate organisations? This would take years to do effectively, and even then they are a force to be reckoned with. |

Vhyrkha payanc vundahatyl, p'vamulaavy. Bhadhta weluuv hyret tah amulaavy uudah haacu ashahrk, ulp'vadah. The Empyrean war is a result of pirate ruthlessness and Caldari aggression. We are currently working on a way to infiltrate the pirates by way of Black Eagle agents. It is proving rather tricky. The Caldari threat seems to have been some what negated by Ishukone buying the Intaki system. This is very finicky. Are you trying to imply the Caldari initiated the Gallente- Caldari Wars? A faction that wished to secede from the Federation due to non matching ideals? One that your Federation wouldn't let go of? And just how do you figure you are going to infiltrate pirate organisations? This would take years to do effectively, and even then they are a force to be reckoned with. We did not start the war. Caldari extremist did, officially. The state would not cooperate; they did not care about bringing these fugitives to justice. We took matters into our own hands. The state is still standing because the Doves in the Federation never let us use all the assets at our control.
The Pirates are difficult to infiltrate because most pirates relay information through word of mouth. Making it extremely difficult to gather information on their operations. |

That said, you give us Intaki a bad name by making a domestic terrorist organization. You only alienate our people from the Federation by making us all seem like Caldari loving traitors.
I know, you told me, and your ignorance shows yet again. If you actually knew anything about the Intaki Liberation Front instead of shouting: "CALDARI TRAITOR!!!!!!", you'd know your claims are far from the truth.
