The Caldari threat seems to have been some what negated by Ishukone buying the Intaki system. This is very finicky. Are you trying to imply the Caldari initiated the Gallente- Caldari Wars? A faction that wished to secede from the Federation due to non matching ideals? One that your Federation wouldn't let go of? And just how do you figure you are going to infiltrate pirate organisations? This would take years to do effectively, and even then they are a force to be reckoned with.
We did not start the war. Caldari extremist did, officially. The state would not cooperate; they did not care about bringing these fugitives to justice. We took matters into our own hands. The state is still standing because the Doves in the Federation never let us use all the assets at our control.
The Pirates are difficult to infiltrate because most pirates relay information through word of mouth. Making it extremely difficult to gather information on their operations. |
