Just out of curiosity, I am beginning to wonder about the twisted ways that other snipers have to kill reds. Do all other snipers have a cruel sense of humor such as myself? Do they all have this one particular example of a favorite kill?
My personal favorite, Which feeds my twisted humor most intriguingly, Is when I see some poor clone manning a ladder to reach some destination above. I wait until the red is almost to the top, The last rung of the ladder in sight. He/She has the hope of making it and succeeding in whatever obscure points they may have. Then, I release the charged shot and our little clone friend, Who has tried so hard, Falls to the ground. I love taking that sense of hope away. I love wrecking their plans. I, especially, love it when the red attempts climbing the ladder multiple times, Knowing they are being watched and has already been shot off. Persistent little buggers, I'll give them that.
On a further note, Heavies/Protos will only be able to obtain 50% of the hope due to me having to shoot them off the ladder half-way, involving 2-3 shots.
My next favorite would be quick scoping heavies with my Kali out of impulse, But I digress.
The joys of being a sniper are really endless for me and no matter what happens to the future of snipers in Dust514, I'll always have my own method of madness to what I do.
I just really wanted to see if there are other snipers out there like me who enjoy it and have fun with everything about it.
Things like:
-Recon
-Stealth
-Countering snipers
-Squad cover
-Dropship piloting
-Eliminating sniper hunters
-Eliminate everybody
Just having a wonder about these sorties and trying to create something nice for snipers instead an inbox full of hate.
Oh. Also, If I've shot you before at some point, Its nothing personal. Just doing my job. |

Another personal favorite Kings. Thanks for the enthusiasm Garret. lol Sniper stories are better when they are sadistic.
And to Powerh8er: I love quick scoping the players trying to beat other snipers. Its kind of like a Anti-Sniper hunter thing I do. |

Or sniping some red in an LAV. Or Dropship gunners... Or when a red takes a big leap of faith off a building, Only to be given a big leap of F*** by me. :) |

Well, Funkmaster, Counter sniping is just one of the many jobs you have to be in control of. You do what you can to get the job done. By any means. From my experience, lots of crappy snipers don't hinder your team but one really good sniper will. I really do appreciate a good match of counter sniping with another sniper. I give credit when credit is due. |
