Something ive been noticing (and doing) is that many people seem to strafe back and forth when they get into a firefight to avoid getting hit. I do it as well and most of the time it seems to be a fairly effective tactic. The biggest problem about it (in my opinion) is the low sensitivity of the aiming mechanism for close quarters. I am fairly accurate at close range but eveb so with both me and them swerving sode to side it gets difficult for either of us to hit. Let hear some opinions and observations on this and othe noticeable tactics used in-game. |

I always do little circles when I'm hacking an objective so that I throw off snipers (most snipers get messed up when I do this but there are some skilled snipers that have killed me) |

Well if you use a hitscan weapon (ar, ascf, smg) you should really be hip firing this usually does the trick, if youre using a boltshot (scr, forge gun, sniper rifle?? ) then switch to a secondary (usually smg) or use a cooked grenade, if your using an aoe (MD, plasma cannon) just shoot in the middle of where there strafing, aoe weapons are designed to eliminate your opponents ability to strafe, howeve using aoe will require more strafing on your part becausd if they stop strafing there accuracy goes through the roof!! |

The reason why it's so popular is because of how analog controllers work. You aim left and then the guy suddenly jerks right, you have to drag your analog stick from the left side all the way to the right while maintaining steady accuracy, this wide range thumb movement causes aiming problems for DS3 users. The high TTK makes it even more important to track your target.
Lower the TTK and people will stop dancing and focus on dropping their target faster - crouching and standing still will be prevalent with an emphasis on increasing accuracy
Face against a target with kin cats and you'll find yourself doing even wider thumb movements and suffering horribly on fine tuned aiming. |

This is getting adjusted in 2 days, mixed with the aiming system it should hopefully be less dramatic than it is right now.
I'm pretty pumped. |

Low, you bad!
Now I've got Cefus and Reesie in my head. Ain't no mountain high enough...
Anyway, I'd like to see an end to this bunny hopping, ***** dancing crap and see more real world movement like simple strafing to one side as you move forward and duck and shoot tactics. |

You can either HTFU or GTFO Strafing is useful but the jumping is rediculous, people dont seem to realise that as theyre falling theyre much easier to hit. Ask any sniper. Idk how many kills ive gotten from some idiot hopping around like a moron and running outof stamina |
