Oh IGÇÖm definitely "Scare"!

-No MD fix
-No melee glitch fix
-No fix to muzzle flash on scrambler rifle
-Medium frame and specialization suits still not worth 2m SP investment
-Ridiculous skill costs/skills that do nothing/skills that only unlock gear to use all still there
-No pros will return to a competitive scene full of melee glitchers, mass drivers, and core locus grenades
-No new weapons despite models and artwork being done for a year
-No new suits even though placeholder models were discussed 3+ months ago

5 star update, what a great "infantry rebalance"

Matchmaking itself will make this game a billion times better.

You have noobs playing with noobs and the crazy good players playing with other crazy good players.

No more blueberries that don't know what they're doing
No more wondering why your squad is the only one doing anything
No more having to get stomped every match by players you can't compete with.

Not only this, but getting rid of the "hunt the red chevron" gameplay will make it so much easier to not get swarmed by the enemy team. Instead of everyone rushing to the red dots, players will actually have to search for themselves and not just rely on everyone else.

This gives more tactics to the game, and allows for more options to be sneaky instead of just zerg rushing all the time.

You missed out OP swarms about to become super OP swarms with 4 buffs to the skill less weapon

The Return Of The Kitten

- Allot of skilled players that left Dust 514 because the aiming restrictions and poor mechanics, are going to return to the game. The NooB party is about to finish...

The OP effect

- Allot of weapons that to now have been ignore and abandon are going to show their true potential; SCR, Pistols, Laser Gun, Plasma Cannon.

The Heavy Strikes Back

- Yeah.. heavies are coming back, you better believed.

Playability Value / Player Base

- New maps, New sockets, Better Battle Deployment, Matchmaking, Bonuses... are going to add a huge playability value to the game. New player retention is going to improve as a consequence .

Negatives ;

QQing

- Yeah.. that is coming back too, get ready for a bombardment of people complaining about everything... Heavies, SCR's, AR, HMG's, KB/M, Shotguns, Pistols, Scouts, Sniper rifles....Etc. Are you ready CCP ?

Consequences;

- Lots of happy people, with some unhappy people that are going to cry like little babies, none stop to they have their way again, don't let them manipulate you again CCP.... be strong... let the force be with you.

NOTHING is happening apart from the research facility and the matchmaking.

Just another layer being added to the cake. Like I said, game requires patience. But updates like these shows its coming along at a pace of its own.
