Would love a place to practice/train flying and doing maneuvers without getting shot out of the sky. Dropships cost too much money to play and practice with in matches.
Ccp please add this into game soon.....pilots please like this thread... |

No. I am past that stage now and I did it the hard way. Flying a DS is and always should be a rare skill to be proud of. Everyone would be able to fly if you could learn safley. No thanks.
And why would they add a training ground for just 1 item anyways. Too much effort. If they did a full PS2 style training ground then fair enough but I hope they don't.

Go in the back of your spawn in Skirmish and fly around learning what to do, and use militia so they will not cost you so much. Ambush or domination on certain maps you can make this work as well, but others wouldn't be a great idea especially a few ambush maps wouldn't work out all to well for dropship training. May not be as easy as a training area specific for flying but this is very effective still in learning, how I did it builds ago. |

I know what to do, and how to fly, but sometimes I just like to fly around and triple backflip and stuff. And currently it cost me a lot of money. |

Probably because its so fun, expensive as it is its worth it for the thrills. I still lol at people trying to set up a tower snipe and failing/blowing up the DS without av 'assistance' |
