Hmm you certainly are calling for a lot of "range nerfs" on a lot of weapons. Could it be you want to spam your MD in CQC with even greater efficiency by removing the ranged weapons which can counter you? |

A lot of people who come to the forums vent. This game can truly bring out the worst, but that's only because you actually care about your stuff since you paid for it.
If you weed through the see of filth then you can find people who care about the game and want actual balance. I don't think people should demand changes to things they don't use. Ill occasionally talk about forge guns, but that's because I'm a dropship pilot. If I do ask for a change to forge guns I will ask forgegunners what they think. |

I agree with the title, these forums used to be entertaining to go on and kept you playing to receive the satisfaction of people crying about how your a hacker, farmer, team killer, etc. Now that all my favorite people left its gotten dull and quite pathetic actually. |

True , the forum has a part of the guilt , the rest lays on the CCP person that decides yes and no and that is because he doesnt play the game , he is just someone that gets paid to do his job and that is the problem , not enough passion. |

lol because CCP makes the entire game based off of what the forums say, despite the massive numbers of people that disagree about just about every single idea and suggestion made. Not to mention all the masses of things that have been requested repeatedly since closed beta 9 months ago and longer that have never been implemented and constant requests for respecs, PVE, racial dropsuits, rollover SP cap, etc. etc. etc.
CCP are professional game developers all with lots of experience in making games and I'd reckon less than half of their decisions are even remotely impacted on by the forums. Just go look at the CPM activity reports to see how much attention is paid to even the most CCP-respected players. |
