I'm a Caldari Achura.
While our brothers Deteis and Civire work to expand the Caldari state, we are stargazers, teachers, scientists and deeply spiritual people, connected to the Universe and the metaphysical world.
We are quiet and reserved.
We are different from our brothers and sisters. Where they build and expand, we try to bring art and beauty.
But we are trained to fight also, and we come from the elite Caldari State War Academy.
I'm a member of the Ishukone Liberal Corporation and CONCORD. We try to promote tollerance and free exchange with the other races, instead of bringing war.
I won't leave my Caldari brothers and sisters, but I do not approve our war with the Gallente. Many of us are fascinated by the Gallente society and we want peace across the galaxy.
Time ago, many Gallente Intaki disagreed with this war and the Gallente Federation arrested and exiled them. They came to Caldari State and Achura people wanted them to be integrated in our society. Unfortunately, Caldari's xenophobic sentiment lead to violence and drove them out.
I'm glad they found a new home. Some of us followed them and they formed the Intaki Syndacate.
Personally, I fight for CONCORD. I don't and won't fight for Caldari State. I want peace and if the only way to defend my beliefs is to fight, I won't stand back.
Yes, I'm a soldier as well. But everything I do in DUST is to fight, fight, fight... I have imagination, but it's not enough. I want this game to help me feel my place in New Eden.
I want to feel like I'm actually fighting for what I'm imaging I'm fighting for.
I want to go up against people because we want different things and, with my shields depleted and my armor damaged, unload my SMG into them without any mercy because I fight for something and not to get a kill and 50 WP.
I want some depth. I really do. I want this game to stimulate my imagination.
I want to feel like I'm actually what I am.
I am a Caldari Achura.
I'm after the secrets of life and Universal consciousness.
I fight for peace.
What about you, brothers, sisters and strangers?

Wow. I'm definitely touched.
After reading this thread, DUST seems so empty... enough DUST for today.
I'm a Gallente Intaki.
I fight to protect my people from Caldari State and the Amarrian war lords. We have it hard, since the Intaki Syndacate is not supported by the Gallente Federation.
I want peace as well.
I am your ally.

Definitely agree, why give us the option to pick a bloodline if it makes no difference whatsoever. At least picking a race affects our portrait merc HQ, and starter fits and you can look up what race others are. But bloodline? Does absolutely nothing and there is no way to see what bloodline anyone else is. |

Some Caldari really do look like puppets, bond to traditions and craving for power.
Such a sorrow trying to open their eyes and realize our universal connection, and failing.

We the Civire know our place, and how to exploit it.
OUR imagination is used in the problems we solve, in the board room or on the battle-field.

Damn, I really wish we had a real feel of our characters, ideas and societies in the game. I'm liking this...

Possibly even starting human and having some kind of moral struggle on becoming an imortal pilot, mercenary or staying true to the human kind joining a peaceful or radical human revolution front! |

Oh no trust me I own all of the EVE novels have read empyrean age a few times, by far my favorite ofall the novels.. Just expressing how amazing it would be if we could actually live some of the personas.. Would be impressive if CCP does to the New Eden world something like what they are doing with world of darkness.. |
