The Dust meaning is easy to figure out Dust represents multiple things all of it correct with the meaning of Dust here. The mystery are the numbers Five One Four could have no meaning 5 1 4 is fun to just say, could mean the age of some kid's, a date, a birthday, a release date or beginning or conclusion, Star War's has The Five O First - The 501st which are clones perhaps they are saying this is the next age of cloning, it could be a location, maybe the location where the human race was before entering the natural occuring wormhole in space to New Eden, or a new undicovered location perhaps in wormhole space, maybe insane people's writings, something the sleeper's or the Jovien's only know of, a code, a password, perhaps relates to a section in a book, Dust 514 though does connect to The Caldari in some form just not sure how, why & where, perhaps it's a new technology, maybe a # of a fleet or # of clone's or drone's or maybe CCP just wanted a unique name.

Or we could pay off a CCP worker to just tell us. How about we set-up a ISK reward all of us pitching in & raising the pot whoever finds the answer gets the pot but a DEV must confirm it's the right answer. :)
