I would love to go against a squad composed completely of CCP. Playing along side CCP logibro made my day, a really nice guy. Now CCP should make an event in which they make a squad of only devs and make the community scream like the fanboyz we are. |

Read somewhere that Devs aren't permitted to disclose character identity.
Might be best to change his/her name to keep him/her out of trouble.
Or not, as you may have fallen victim to convincing impersonation.
The only way to know for certain is to check his/her killcount.
If the character at hand has under 1000 kills, he/she might be a Dev. |

I would absolutely love this.
Being on the same team would be very, very cool. I'd love to see how they might play differently because they know the mechanic best. Might be able to get some insights and even pass on some very, very subtle feedback.
Know what would be even cooler?
If I were on the opposite team I could "reward" them for some of the problems I'm having with the game. And they could "reward" me for posts like this.

they have in closed beta. i roadkilled them. lots. in a tank. their tears were delicious. |

They should do what they do in EvE. Where they fly someone and tweet out their location, then everybody goes to kill them. |

Yeah, it used to be great fun hooking up with the CoD DEVs back in the good old days before the money machine took over.
This should be an ongoing event, say every 2-3 months. Play the DEVs day. Where they populate one side of many Faction Warfare-like games under a "special contract" (remember from the screenshot?). |

Those of us in the USA have a playtime where we "all" get on and play. It's really funny/sad. Fun is had! Been lonely with everyone at Gamescom/Iceland lately, though. :(
I like the idea of play the Devs Day :) We should do it!

They did an event about a year and a half ago where a bunch of CCP dudes had a couple battles with them vs each of the four existing NPC corps at the time. It would've been fun, if they hadn't been derping around and letting themselves get slaughtered on purpose.
WTB some real fights with CCP!

Guessing before your time too...
They were supposed to get a match against the Devs because they won a closed beta tournament. That was like...so many months ago I forget. I'm not even sure if the Imps really exist anymore in anything other than spirit. Maybe that was CCP's plan all along so they wouldn't get stomped  |
