This is better reading than CAOD on the Eve-Online forums.
From an outsider point of veiw, my god do you all look sooooooo lame.
This is the first time I have writen a truly negative post about the war vs EoN, but here goes.
Firstly... to all those moaning about EoN using tactics, in thier favour against nearly every major corp in Dust and a large amount of smaller Indies too. Grow up. The fact is these, EoN are using tactics that use the current game mechanics... to thier best advantage. They would be beyond stooopid to not do this.
War by very definition is dirty and it should be excepted that any and all tactics should be employed win. Lets not forget, EoN while thier out look and action may have driven the community to war, it was not them that started the war...
So moaning and whine about how they are fighting back using all of the tools at thier dispossal, just makes you all look soooooo small minded.
I wonder what would happen if YOUR districts were under attack? Certainly when ours have been in the past we will do anything to hold on to them... and why should we not? For honour? For props? For e-peen and being able to spout crap in this forum about how we beat you fair and square? BOLLOX mate.
Secondly... Seems to me people are getting very very twisted over a bunch of pixel and virtal world. Have you forgotten, this a PS3 Game, it's basicly Risk with better graphics... I understand (and my corp mates will tell you just how emo I can get when things go wrong) in the heat of battle people can lose it a little, but to then come on the forums and be sooo personally offensive just makes you look like 12 years olds living in your mum's basement... prolly bullied at school by bigger and smarter kids.
Thirdly... Just cos someone uses a tactic that you don't like or agree with, it's NOT an exploit and your opinion on it counts for nothing untill CCP change the game or publicly states it's an exploit.
In closing. I'm neither for or against EoN, DSI has been involved a little in the war against them.. but this is nothing personally we are just doing what we think is best for our corp. A lot of you guys could do with showing a little more self control and letting your fighting do your talking. Perhaps.. and here is a crazy idea, you should take the efforts your making to troll EoN and put into thinking of ways to counter thier tactics...

I don't think CCP have done a great job of this game, if you bothered to read my posts in the correct forums for making comment on this game you will see posts going back over 18 months, questioning some of the things CCP have done.
and NO , I don't think we are all 12... I think you are :)
let me see, is my paying for the development of a game you play and I assume enjoy as you are still playing it and haven't gone back to Rain Dash online.... oooh that's a tricky one. |

Awe - you think I'm 12? That's the best compliment I've gotten today. I was told I was 5 and 7 earlier. I must be moving up in around here.

Seperate budgets and when the game was in development... how were your aurum purchases funding Dust then?
Seem your grasp of commerce is pretty weak to be honest...
Also, My comment was only that this forum makes for a better pop corn moment than CAOD on Eve, twas your good self that due the conclusion I was looking at the whole EoN war from an Eve players point of view. More over, had you bothered to read the whole post rather than cherry pick a comment you believe (incorrectly) you can troll me about, you would have understood the tist of the post... clearly that did not happen.
Seems that not only do you not understand the true relationship between Dust and Eve in a financial sense but you don't read so good either... hense my conclusion that you're not old enough (or smart enough) to see past your own rather foolish opinion. |

So your thread actually has nothing to do with the war room other then you enjoy reading it - yet I'm the one with bad comprehensive abilities? I would venture to guess that this thread belong in the locker-room. It's okay - I don't mind it being here. I knew it was a pointless thread 3 words in and smelled of eve-tard.

You remind me of an ex of mine, unable to put together a valid arguement, so you would rather try and win by bringing unrelated issues into the debate.

Also....
post with your main, if this is you main, why would you have anything to say as, as far as i'm aware.. NPC corps are not able to hold districts.
Or maybe this is your main, but you are unable to keep a place in corp due to your character defects??

Luckily, I haven't been podded in a while Eddie Valvetino is my main, feel free to look him up and troll me. He is a low sec piwate and as such does have to worry about bubbles... and with a slave set and +5 imps to weaps and stuff, losing a clone runs to billions of isk. |

I agree EoN is doing exactly what a mega alliance should do but I do feel the war was also a good move to show them they have limits and if they push to hard then the cummunity will backlash ( even if it wasn't a tactical success in my mind it was a success the moment it begun win or loose).
Also what Beth was saying additionaly is if you bring up silly remarks like EVEtard then your not worth talking to but probably worth trolling for fun while he isn't a salesmen ( which must be stressful). He made a very good point if your able to read information and process those words to thoughts in your brain that don't ammount to *evetard* then good on you.
