Would be nice to see it in, at the very least, the kill screen. I sometimes find myself wondering what some player was using if I get really owned... not so as to blame the OP KB+M, aim assist or ps move but purely out of curiosity.
Knowing what controller type a player prefers also allows you to (try to) play to that controllers weaknesses (if there are any) or at least avoid situations that would give an advantage to said player.
It could naturally trigger a torrent of whining and complaints here, but so what, not like there have ever been a gaming forum that wasn't brimming with it anyway ;).

I'd partly agree, but what if like me, they use multiple inputs. I don't mean Controller NAD KB at same time or something like that. I use KB/M for Gun Game, and LAV driving, when it comes to DS piloting and Tank driving, I'm all Controller. How would you possibly sort out one from the other? |

i use both
i don't see how spending time and money on such a feature is going have any impact on the game.
and considdering all imputs are done user side not server side then how would ccp gather this information |
