Why you guys can't read between the lines ?
The idea is to make ALL vehicles more effective in the battlefield, but make them also more vulnerable to attack.. instead of having a tank sniping in the hills, give them some seriously Over Powered weapons, but force them to MOVE by making them easier to kill. I guessing a similar rule will apply to Dropships. |

No turrets is the biggest buff at the moment.
Also with the idea of making modules more "burst" oriented will translate best to dropships, since they can dictate their engagements the best through mobility.

wow making us run even more. awesome buff. more vunerable? yeah thats all we need. a tank is meant to be able to take damage, not run in for 10 seconds then be forced to run and hide before we can go back in. |

Troop transport WP and more HP for starters.
Turrets are going to be more potent since they now require ammo, which can be re-gained either by recalling or going near a supply depot. Also you can fit an ammo capacity module.
Most of the skills and bonuses are changing.
Many vehicle modules are being changed.
Finally, you can opt not to put certain turrets on vehicles, which frees up fitting space for other things.
For a point release, I like it. |

Well, I was able to read the following:
Transport WP More health Complex modules Turret removal, reducing some CPU/PG requirements A general vehicle work which make all vehicle more useful...I don't see how this could be a nerf to DS, as they are the less useful right now.
limited ammo? that's fine. Anyway, who told they would get only 40 bullets. you might have enough to do a whole skirmish match if you don't start shooting at everything. It would be normal a vehicle could fit more ammo than a dropsuit anyway. |

You taking what i said "Literately ".. is just the "in between the lines" bit. That ^ is what CCP is trying to achieve, the making vehicles more "FUN" thing. |

honestly i hope we can supply off of nanohives too or it would just be infintry camping and blowing up all supply depots. otherwise the changes don't bother me much.
Alas soon i will be able to run my own vehicle resupply, repair, and infintry transit station. Yes, HAVs will come to be reped and resupplyed as dropships come to drop off/pickup infintry... ill have a fliped LAV for decoration. |

Oh and I forgot : AV vs vehicles balancing. Thinking about forge guns here...doing **** to LLAV but blowing DS in 1-3 shots. Yep this guy has the outline I fixed it a lil |
