What did you spawn in on? Drop uplink, CRU, objective, random spawn or something else? Any other details you can give? Has this issue been common or was it just a one off?

Occurs most frequently when spawning on a contested uplink.
Pressing sprint during black transition screen (after spawn map disappears but before surroundings display) seems most likely culprit. Ive stopped spawning in hot areas due as this mechanic neuters my cqc shotgun scout.
Most recent occurence was on spine crescent domination under bridge at null cannon A. |

It has been pretty common for me (like 1 out of 50 spawns if I were to pull a number off the tip of my head). I've only been able to fix it be swapping fits at a supply depot. I'll try to pay better attention to more specifics each time I spawn to see if there is any pattern going on here. |

I've had this happen to me for the first time in the last week. For me it's on initial spawn. I have not found a button combination that clears it. Getting in a vehicle and back out does clear it for me.

actually I find Sprint to not work at all when after spawning, you quickly equipment anything in your equipment slot (repair tool, drop uplink, nanohives, ext.). It seems to occur while you spawn and the screen has not register you being on the battlefield but you can still move around. During that time period your invisible during spawn is when I would equip the drop uplink and then the sprint refuses to work till I either died in battle or swap my dropsuit for another one at the supply depot. |

Same here. I'm pretty sure I spawned on a CRU and switched to my uplink to run around and get one up in the crows nest only to find my sprint not working. Crouch fixes it. |

Have any of those that experienced this tried the common controller fix? Specifically R3 (melee). It might be nothing more than the typical controller status getting out of sync with the game and R3 fixes 99% of those. |
