I can easily be a escape driver in my Limbus without even trying, unless like 6 people is after me. but the ONLY vehicle is LAV ... and DS ... and HAV ... that's all the vehicles ! |

Well, if I remember correctly, what they were supposed to do is give a instant respawn, and if you were needed on the other side of the map fast, you could hop in, and it would teleport you another CRU, but without killing you. You must be thinking of another game ... I've never heard of anything like that talked about for DUST. |

You've edited your OP now ... so why do you want to get rid of standard AV !?
in fact, why do you want to get rid of proto AV when vehicles are being reworked soon and that rework can take into consideration the different levels of AV ? |

Aizen Intiki wrote:Reverse-CRU's are a old item that was built into the HAV, kinda like the how the CRU's are in Logi DS's now. It was a early CB thing,so I wouldn't expect you to remember or know about it. Just so you know, the HAv's names were Kubera (Gallente) and Chakram (Caldari), and they were matte black with red headlights. Explain why you wouldn't expect me to remember or know about it ? |

Those HAVs he talks about were the Black Ops HAVs that had a built in Cloaking Device that was never introduced into the game and were very short lived on the marketplace. |

Explain why you wouldn't expect me to remember or know about it ? 1: Many people has forgotten about it. I am starting to forget the stats on it myself. I can't remember what was the CPU/PG on it, or it's speeds. 2: Not many people was in the CB during that time, and many of them has left, so it's only a few of us left. Suffice to say I saw a few wipes before we started getting resets, never mind respecs ! |

Aizen Intiki wrote:Well, I explained of the Black Ops HAV's before the DS part, so if you knew anything about the Black Ops HAV's you would know that. I think you're #2, and is trying to be slick about it. Sorry I just figured a "Reverse CRU" would kill you and send you back to the map screen ... since a CRU does the opposite.
Black Ops HAVs having a mobileCRU built in was an afterthought after the cloak was abandoned early on ... Black Ops ships in Eve have the ability to fit Covert Ops cloaking devices, so a Black Ops HAV would be in a similar vein ... the CRU was just thrown on there to make it different ... there was nothing unusual about it, it was just a CRU but built into the hull. |

Aizen Intiki wrote:Since you claim to be a vet, how many wipes were there? I can't remember what I had for breakfast ... never mind what happend over a year ago ... I remember the [veteran] forum tag though n my character was called Firstof Sacermendor until the last wipe, then I wanted to change it at the first reset but they reset instead of wiping so I just left it lol |

Aizen Intiki wrote:I remember exactly what I had before breakfest. and there was a complaint on the fourms becasue of the resets, even though we got like 30-50k SP a match lol Lol, we were getting 200,000 sp per match at one stage.
I remember Heavies n HMG made up 90% of players n Skirmish 1.0 n I was the second maxed out Surya in E3 long before everyone realised the Sagaris was the better option, I forget the name, but I jumped in his Surya one day n it was god-mode so I skilled it an dominated for ages before the Sagaris' started kickin our asses ... then I switched to Swarm SMG to hunt them, back when SMG could range an AR n had loads of fun hunting the likes of (damn I've got a bad memory) IWS was one n Noc Tempre, but who was the main tanker back then ?
Anyway I still pretty much do the same, flaylock was fun for a while and I've diversified into logistics too, but I still primary Swarm SMG on my Amarr logi suit :-) |

Also I didn't pay much attention to them cos I was getting bored of the godmode HAVs at that time and was more into hunting them instead. |

What was the SP investment of the driver of the vehicel you solo'd using ADV and not PROTO? Ahh yes ... the questions only CCPs spreadsheets can answer ... yet if you listen to some of this community you can only balance these things by talking to the people who KNOW what they're using but have no idea what they're getting hit by :-/ Hmmm |

Aizen Intiki wrote:That ws a glitch. Nevermind. Anyways, I got a Suyra like a week after E3 Build, and maxed it out a month later. You sure about that? Yeah pretty sure half way through E3 I was running Swarms by then and there were Suryas n Sagaris all over the place getting instapopped by those 2 or 3 people that had the best fit Sagaris'
Edit ... I'm going to bed anyway ... been good reminiscing over old builds lol |
