I'm a no name scrub, but ill suggest: -the element of surprise (approach) and speed (engagement and retreat) are of paramount importance. -in the beginning, avoid mass drivers and heavies unless they are mortally wounded AND you are undetected -practice pre-fluxxing your cqc prey. If flanked, most will back up TOWARD you -sidearm smg or flaylock (no pg req and you WILL be tight on pg) to burn last bit of armor
Also, be warned that sg scout is an extremely aggressive mindset and may ruin you for other play styles. Also, its expensive and addictive...speed kills.
So... Run two adv kincat on all your fits. Why? Because your dren sg with operation zero spreads quick |

Assuming that you are in it for the playstyle, and not to compete in pc, equipment will be a scanner for hunting or remote explosives for baiting. Also, get on scouts united and throw up an lfs. |

General John Ripper wrote:Thanks for all of the pro tips! I am only using standard to get the feel of it first before I invest serious sp into the role.
I noticed that most guns offer damage with proficiency but the shotgun only offers reload bonus... doesn't seem too useful but I could be wrong.
Thanks for all the side arm suggestions. I do have a toxin that I have been neglecting and now I have even more of a reason to level it up.
Are there any specific skills I should get such as profile dampening? does that skill really work? Beginning sep 3rd it will! Racial Gallente scout racial bonus will help.
Would get lvl 3 in that before messing w dampening skill...more low modules, ick. |

REs are fun for a while but very situational(I like putting them in a choke point or on objectives). As for hives you probably aren't going to live long enough to need one. My K5 specialist runs out pf ammo constantly, but id rather skill ammo than give up my uplinks in favor of a hive. The one caveat would be compact nanohives that rep armor. |
