Currently scrambler rifle operation gives a 5% reduction in SR charge time per level. This current skill is worthless if you are a person who uses assault scramblers. It would be nice to have a skill that would be useful to all variants of the scrambler rifle. Something like 5% reduction to recoil or kick would be fine. |

The skill is being changed in Uprising 1.4. "The Scrambler Rifle Operation skill bonus has been changed from reducing charge time to increasing cooldown speed by 5% (does not affect overheat cooldown speed). This affects the base and Assault variants"

Hmm this thread, I think it's been done before.
Oh well I personally would prefer heat reduction as that would give more use out of the regular scrambler.
On a side note I did manage to overheat my crd9 the other day I unloaded about 3 clips on full auto but I finally got he damn thing to overheat lol. |

It's not the cooldown of when the gun overheats, it's been specifically stated that it's not the overheat but increasing the speed of cooling the heat generated while shooting, before it overheats, seize duration won't be affected. |
