he is a weekend warrior, undoubtedly due to real life. No issue there, but there he logs on and expects to get right into matches when we have people on that are quite active.

once again not his fault and not the reason for kicking him.

He perpetually found a way to agitate many of my players. He was brought in as a favor to a current member as they played together in the past.

As with most, I give people a chance when a trusted member vouches for someone.

It took a while to even find a suitable role in battles for him to execute. He was a good communicator, but last I checked you cant talk someone to death...

even with that I was still willing to overlook it, but his constant forum posting that were in complete contrast to current members views and essentially trolling our own led to everyone agreeing his time was done.

Yes there were warning signs before, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, even told him in private to not comment on which he has ZERO knowledge.

so sorry Zekain, but your services are no longer needed in Team Players.

Anyone looking to pick him up, he is a semi-ok player that is not proficient in any 1 thing. He's your typical player that knows little of how to be a strong player, spreading his SP all over. HOWEVER, for you tankers, get him on your side and he will devote his time to using his LLAV and follow u around to rep your tank. 1 thing I would say he is proficient at (not that u couldn't train a blind monkey with cerebral palsy to do the same thing)

plus, we had too many players with names starting with Z

I did nothing but sit on the home point in most of my PC battles. I was never given a chance to do anything I felt like avoiding pc battles because that's all I would ever do.

Sometimes I wonder how your still on the "A" team of TeamPlayers, sorry but HighTimes is a way better heavy than you are, on the ground Chicago; your useless. Stay up high with your forge, but even if you do, you will soon find out in order to be in PC, you need a variety of flavors which none are suited for you sadly. You have picked up a lot of talent, I won't question that; at the end of the day, I feel personally that you are holding back your "A" teams true potential. It's very similar to DJINN Punisher, he admitted at times Hellstorms' old "A" team was way past his caliber of play and would sit out of matches against PFBHz because he simply knew he was out classed. Just some food for thought, if you really cared about TP, you would see the light that your heavy is blocking to the rest of your players.

They are locking their own districts with an alt corp because they are afraid of losing everything. Like a boss is their alt corp.

And I can agree with what you said, it's merely the presence of having him there. Much like it is for me. I am not the player I used to be in Chromosome to say the least. I can hold my own in PC, all I am good for now is getting some occasional kills here and there, but more notably I have a lot of SP so I extremely versatile in the match making me fill just about whatever role I need to. But, being a leader of a corporation, your members need you in the battle, it's not the same not having their leaders there cause to a degree I think they get overzealous about the PC and don't perform up to par or putting our numbers they should be doing.
