I've seen occasional reference to some kind of "racial suit bonuses". But Im having a tough time finding a good reference for all the bonuses. And how to use them.
Anyone got a good URL for it?

If you go in to the Skills Menu and then to Dropsuit Command you can check the Racial Bonus of each and every Dropsuit available by pressing Triangle on the skill for it. Only the Speciality suits i.e: Sentinel, Commando, Logistics,Assault and Scout suits |

Another common question: does the speciality suit bonus apply to other racial suits of the same specialization? Do they stack?
No. If you trained Minmatar Logistics and then Gallente Logistics only one skills applies to each suit.

I guess you mean the "character skill planner" google docs spreadsheet thing?

there's not that many. Seems like the wiki should be updated. maybe I'll do that.

Ok, sorry, but here's another question: Does the Dragonfly Scout Suit/ Dragonfly Assault Suit also get racial bonuses or are they considered just basic suits? |

It doesnt have a race in its name, so that would make no sense.

Do the 'Neo' suits get the racial bonus if you do not have the skill maxed out?
EX.-Would a 'Neo' Logi ak.0 get the full 25% bonus to armor rep mods if you only have level 4 in Amarr Logi? |

Logically, no, they'd only get the bonus up to the level that unlocks them. |
