I really like this idea, how about instead of 5% grenade radius, just 5% splash radius in general, also take back one of the 3 grenade slots and return an equipment slot for RE's. |

I see someone said they could use REs, and yea if they wanna really role play it sure. But honestly, I think it's way more likely people will just throw down hives and start chucking infinite fluxes and locusts one after the other.

Thats true, but whats to stop a logi throwing a few protohives for him anyway, taking his equipment just means he needs one other guy to do it for him!! |

BUT IT WILL NOT HAPPEN, sadly the reason is that Grenades are way too powerful at the moment to make a suit specialized for them...
IMO that is.
Unfortunately you speak a bitter truth, however if grenades are done correctly then this would become viable, we can only hope!! |

Why, give a reason, restricting to sidearm makes the suit almost entirely dependent on his grenades what if he puts av grenades, its more of a logi with a bad attitude, isnt taking the sidearm enough? |
