Dust University is an asset to this Community. They do a great job at uptraining our newcomers and will make good use of the Isk these Districts generate, provided they are permitted to hold the land.
No doubt TP (or whomever fills this contact) could donate the land, fulfill the contract terms, then retake the land.
Prevention of such actions are impossible.
This contract is offered as matter of principle, not strategy. |

Agreed on all points.
KEQ is a strong corp and not presently known for chest thumping.
They have many great fighters, jin no kami (spelling?) immediately comes to mind.
As for VC and UPS, all honorable guys and solid fighters (those I've had the please to meet).

This thread exists as KEQ (namely, bigolenuts) pissed upon reputation of former brothers, and I didn't want to "miss the chance to set an example".
