They have created Ocean maps already?!!

CCP just implement more into this game!!!

Take his word for it. A dev did say it wasn't a map that was going to be released in 1.4. I looked for it briefly.

Water there is just placeholder and does nothing special.

Trust me just take a milita dropship and spawn at the base (you must be the team that spawns near echo so the redline isnt the base but outside the map) and look all the way back you are going to see land (brown) then after the mountians you see blue (water)..

It's not a glitch. FoxFour made a post that it's their test map. Think Death Island that became the map for The Silent Cartographer in the first Halo. That was the map where Bungie tested all their game systems.
