The game will never be "done", CCP continues to develop and evolve their products (for free) rather than abandon them or tag on an extra price tag. EVE Online has been changing for a decade and it's going to keep changing. Dust 514 has a ten year plan and there's no "game is done" item on it anywhere.
CCP does not make games the same way as many other studios, it's part of what makes their games interesting.
I'm no fan of bugs, or service outages, but it's not a huge surprise that there will be rough patches regarding the tech when working on a first cross platform product, and bugs or no the game isn't ever going to be "finished" constant change is the norm within New Eden.

The entertainment safety rating board is a joke. Little kids still get violent games through middle men who buy games for under age siblings. The system they setup is too easy to circumvent.

Never said it wasn't a stupid reason. That said the ending for Mass Effect 3 was pretty god awful. It was confusing, underdeveloped, had plot holes and lore errors you could fit a bus through, and player choice was completely discarded as in everything you did over the course of the entire franchise made absolutely no difference to the end of the game. The only thing it did was determine what color your cutscene was. Example! |
