really a cheap trick... The problem is that it works. And to try, to be effective with an ADS you have to stay at that highness.
But if you really need this trick to kill a dropship, i suggest you to change game. |

It's obvious that CCP will never fix this. And they don't care. |

Maybe RDV impacts should be mutual auto-deaths with a +150 to the DS pilot.
Perhaps RDV AIs need to be programmed to avoid collisions with players like they already do with structures.
The saddest and simplest solution is to put the que back up to fifteen seconds. |

As opposed to hitting the building and just exploding. So yes avoiding. |

So yes avoiding. well yea haven't seen one kill itself recently but i seen a few of my vehicles take burning damage not because of enemy fire when they dropped them. so yea! no pointless RDV kills as they flee/ come in. |

My personal favorite is when they perfectly land a Dropship... on its side. The RDV AI really does need an overhaul.
This kind of stuff really makes me think CCP needs a materialization pad in the back of the red zone. |

Have to admit a month back me and a group of corp mates had a laugh watching yet another drunk RDV unit spinning around and around a building on one of the maps. Just wished it would drop my damn saga so I could go and pick the heavy bro up that needed a lift but instead it seemd to be trying to play conkers lol |
