Currently and confirmed, the hacked dropuplink provides " team spawn " will the other isk version allow "squad spawn." As an avid Dust Bunny I can tell you that this is not always the case. The Lvl 3 advance uplinks seem to allow some "team spawn " when I am deployed in a squad. There is no consistency , as such, some droplinks that have a limited number of spawns thus expending my tool deployed for my squad. Usually this is not a problem, but with the advent of the war and more frequent PC battles the need for team spawn has increased.
Rumor: It has been said that imperial droplinks allow for both team and squad spawn. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
A GM has specifically stated that only the hacked uplink is the only link that allows for team spawn. In any case, if this is true I will make a separate thread in the request section requesting for UPLINKS that allow specifically for TEAM SPAWN. Also forgive me if in the market place these details are clearly spelled out, that is ( team spawn vs squad spawn uplinks )

If I remember the earlier threads on this correctly it's even more complicated. Different game modes have different rules for who sees and can spawn on the different drop uplinks. The question of who can see the drop uplinks of someone who is not in a squad or whose drop uplinks people not is a squad can see is up-in-the-air too.
It would be nice to have a DEV response that lays this out in detail -- or a rewrite of the descriptions in the market place that tells the real story. |

So I asked around on EVE and DUST chat groups, the rumor is that imperial uplinks allow for team spawn- eh I would like some clarity . |
