How to reproduce: 1) > Sit in 400m - 600m range to the objective in domination. > Try to see a single enemy running around there. Not possible
2) > Sit in a railgun tank > Let someone fire with a swarm launcher from 380m range > Neither he nor the swarm rockets are visible
3) > Sit in a railgun tank > drive towards a turret installation from 600m range or more > installation will only render somewhere below 400m
Only extreme situations, over 50% of every battle is invisible right now if you not sit in a 200m circle around the action. Easy to verify. |

This issue is highly correlated to balance. With proper rendering I could deliver 10 kills / minute out of the redline under AV fire right now. |

Bump, please please fix. Watched a hostile tank be dropped, started opening fire on it, and watched it back up a bit and disappear. Insanely frustrating. |

Maybe no CCP guy will ever read this, but it has to be said.
If Devs do make all tanks in 1.5 more resilient AND fix rendering, railguns on mountains will be Gods. They will provide a high amount of kills and can not be removed by conventional AV infantry.
They most important thing right now is to FIX RENDERING, even if it means to cut of effects or other things. I don't need ragdoll engine if I cant see them anyways. With less invisible swarms / forges things will be fair and we can start to talk about balance.
Than, if AV weapons stay the same, increase blaster tanks survivability by a factor of 2. Missile tanks should survive ~1.5 more damage and railguns stay the same. Turrets dictate the range (100m, 300m, up to 600m) and thus should be correlated with survivability. Do this though fitting costs.
And there you go, some work is done.

is amazing, is NOT anything or less 200 meters and over 300 meters, it is impresive that the entire enemy team sees you, shoot you, is that you see everywhere, and you neither look for ANYTHING, there to be like 80 meters to see something, please fix this CCP, horrible play well, but that everything that you do not look where they come from missiles and fewer turrets CAN NOT SEE NOTHING... |
