Just a couple of glaring mistakes in your thread ...
First your OP claims ... "Then, intelligent ppl like this guy above puts in some very analitcal and correct input, and the only response we get from CCP so far is:" Yet the following statement was quoted in the "guy above"s post, so he was responding to the dev.
Secondly further down you state ... "No we can not see the future... but we can do math?" ... well you'll know what an incomplete equation looks like then ... look again and this time factor in the additional reloads from the reduced clip sizes ... it's easy to see "thats gonna hurt me more" without looking at the complete equation, but I guess you knew that already or you wouldn't have missed it out.
Also have you seen a patch that didn't contain anything that wasn't in the patch notes ... how do you know there's not a slight adjustment to base resists for the different vehicles, just to smooth things over till 1.5 ... have you played 1.4 yet ?
How about "yeah were not getting any proto nuthen for 1.5 or any time soon. There was no mention of new content, just rebalancing what we have" ... again have you seen Patch Notes for 1.5 ? ... has there been mention of there not being new content ? ... then don't make statements like "yeah were not getting any proto nuthen for 1.5 or any time soon." just to rally your cause, cos all it does is discredit your legitimate complaint.
Here's another one ... "interesting point, i like the part were the entire enemy team no longer sees your tank whenever a single enemy aims at it, but those countermeasures are 2-5 months away" ... here's one from the Patch Notes for you ... "Shared passive scanner vision for squads disabled (results of active scanners are still shared with squads)" ... and as to the second part, really, can you link the devblog this was stated in please ? |

Do your own research ... I'm not the one making all the threads complaining about a buff to AV, but then only including the 'relevant' numbers ... I've merely pointed out that you haven't factored in the additional reload times from having reduced ammo in the clip.
"Its not in the patchnotes, its not going to be there" - If you say so ... I've been here through plenty of builds and there hasn't been one that didn't have stuff in that wasn't in the patch notes.
Rebalancing to vehicles does not mean new content no, but it does not exclude it ... ohh and by the way the Sagaris and Surya are NOT new content ! |

Fact of the matter is with an increased rate of fire, Swarmers won't be FORCED to stack damage mods in order to 'get the kill before the getaway' ... Yes it's given swarms the option of a slightly higher overall dps, but it's also opened up the option to have a slightly higher tanked fitting with equivalent dps to what we have now, or even the option of a shield tanked AV fit, which just isn't a valid choice right now. So shall we just call it a nerf to assault rifles and be done with it !? |
