I want to be up front, in the fight, helping to take and hold objectives. But I can't because my armor continues to melt away from PRO AV, and soon it's going to melt away faster because the crutch needs to be made better.
CCP, how many asked for this? Was this the result of browsing the forums, and decided swarms needed reduced lockon time? Did someone suggest it on the forums and you went with it? Was it an in-house decision? get out of your crutch tank. Swarms have to lock on for each volley. Cry more nub.

MD is infatry if you use against a tank you are an idiot
RE is placement and timing ie skill again
Proxy mines placement ie skill for the 4th time but lol less damage than crutch nades
So stuff that requires skill you cant use |

Plasma Cannon is a joke, no vehicle cares about them, so why should anyone use them as a anti-vehicle weapon? Like i said buff it but it takes skill so you wont use it
MD has the ability to hit vehicles, and since Plasma Cannon's sucks it's the only other weapon that Medium and Light Frame weapons can use as a AV weapon. It should do reduced damage to vehicles its small arms fire
RE requires the vehicle to roll over them, and for you to be watching the RE at all times, and if a vehicle user sees you do so a smart driver will simply stay away and shoot you or get Infantry to take them out. It takes skill, yes, but that's not reliable at all, which is why most people don't do it. so it requires skill so you wont use
Proxy Mines are a joke, they instantly alert the driver where they are, and they do pathetic damage; LoLAVs and Shield tanks roll right over them without a care in the world, and armor tanks wonder if they hit a rock. If you don't think they are you haven't used them. You swap the damage with crutch nades and win, requires skill but you wont use
And there are no other AV options left. Of course Swarms and AV nades are going to be popular because of this.
Keep using crutch weapons but you wont swap dmg of crutch nade with proxy mines because you love crutch nades,i bet you wouldnt swap the damge of the plasma canno with swarms because swarms do all the work so you dont have to |
