I'd like to create a community feedback post about the most balanced weapons, or aspects of the game, and why they are so balanced compared to the underpowered or overpowered ones. This is also a place for you to post about OP or UP weapons/aspects that you feel are balanced even though others might not agree.
This is NOT a place to post about how one weapon or aspect is unbalanced. I don't want to see that here, go post in another thread if you want to do that.
I think the scrambler rifle is a very balanced weapon as the charge feature and overheat can make it a devastating weapon in skilled hands. I also think the SMG is personalized well for close quarters (I've killed HMG heavies with the thing at point blank), while not being so powerful for any situation.

ScR and SMGs are the most balanced guns in the game.

LOL you smell like a scout! I've also had good experiences with the SMG!
I seen an enemy running away and was at a semi-long range and I opened fire with my Breach SMG. Teammate said "lol alpha you're never gonna get him from that distance" *Kill* "HA! I just did!"
I find taking out heavies with the SMG to be more effective then the AR especially when coupled with a good flux.

I would have to say SMGs and ARs.

In addition to the above;
Standard gear, for its intended value it is on average well priced. Also hit detection aside the shotty is pretty solid, does it's drop well in the right role/range but utility drops rapidly outside of that.
Logistics suits are pretty solid, with the possible exception of the Cal. Having said that I'll just remind people of the purpose of this thread, let's keep the discussion of the logi suit skill buffs somewhere else.
Assault suits - See above, pretty much covers it
Most equipment - Leaving aside the bugs, WP scaling and Prox mines (poor little guys) the biggest thing the equipment line needs is diversity, it's utility mechanics are actually quite solidly balanced for price, progression, and fittings costs.
Also most explosive weapons are probably pretty balanced once the fix to their damage profile goes through.

The a.r. is o.u. yes o.u. not o.p. its over used because its militia grade equipment meaning everyone can and probably has used it. I get I beat scr at close smg at long sniper at close shotty at long It simply beats people at what their not Sure occasionoly I kill someone at their role bit I also occasionally killed at long range with the smg So yeah the ar is balanced |

In my opinion.
Flaylocks, Scrambler Pistols, SMG's, AR's, ScR, Sniper Rifles, Laser Rifle, Mass Driver, HMG's.
Things that need odd changes are
Forge Guns, Plasma Launchers, Grenades, AV Grenades.
