It makes all the differnce, like the 2-3 dmg increase between ADV and Proto weapons |

in most weapons that's not really all that helpful. you have nothing to fear with tanks. just like the enforcer tanks Amarr and minmatar tanks will be much weaker then standard caldari& gallente tanks. 50 ISK they come pre-nerfed and get renerf within the first month they are out. |

I've never played WoW, so I can't speculate on that, however in every MMO i've played nerfs have almost always been reserved for gamebreaking mechanics, and respecs have been available in EVERY single one of them.
Rather than that the MMOs would almost solely focus on new content: expanding level caps, new gear, new expansions.
I could deal with nerfs if CCP would provide respecs or provide SP boosted at a significant rate, but to grind for months to have your SP nerfed into oblivion is insane, its like they are TRYING to make us quit dust. |

At least Blizzard also knows how to buff, but they completely failed with Cataclysm and MoP... which led to me quitting that awesome game forever. It just became unenjoyable. |
