It is interesting that allot of the EoN members are taking this quite well and are just enjoying fighting again so kudos to those guys. However CUBS seems to be taking this very personally which is kind of weird considering he was always such a promoter of trying to get others into PC I suppose he was hoping we would just buy districts from TP instead of attacking and singling out corps to go after because they beat you is pretty childish, especially then bragging because you entered a tournament and they didn't. I mean cool for you, you entered a tournament woo, maybe some others didn't enter because they couldn't get enough members on at specified times for definite because you know gaming life comes second and all that and not because they lack "stones". |

I think a lot of EoN thinks the way I do. I don't care about PC. It's just the only place to be competitive in an organized way right now. That being said, this "war" just gives us what we want. |

But... really don't care, to be honest. If that's what makes you happy, go right ahead. Make sure you send us a link, we'll post it too. =)
nope I don't think you are 'afraid' or trying to 'threaten' you or anything of the sort.
Simply saying I have never personally faced you, and that will change.
I have personally SPARED your corporation as I viewed you with respect and talking with you and others previously when you guys moved into Osvetur. Sad that didn't work out for everyone, I really am, but you guys wanted to farm (cant blame ya) and others had different ideas evidently. even so I STILL refrained from taking your land, even tho it was 1 of 3 (literally) timers I could hit at 1 point.
then I see you running your mouth, being disrespectful.
like me or not, you will respect us. I love smack talk as much as anyone, and love to receive it cause it keeps things fun. I don't take anything personal, just how I am. its a video game, a bad one at that in its current state, but for whatever reason my crew loves playing, and we're good at it.

We never wanted to or tried to farm. If you got that impression, you were incorrect. As soon as we tried to attack on our own, EoN and others came down and obliterated us. We wanted to make back the money we spent acquiring the districts (which we did), and then get fights going from there.
But Mr. Space Police CUBS thinks letting your districts stabilize you for a couple days = farming?
We tried starting our own war, the big alliances didn't let us. |

Also, can you let me know how I "disrespected" you guys, by the way? (I'm on Skype, I don't think I know your Skype name though.) You wanted a war, we participated in giving you one. The fact that we won two matches last night wasn't meant to try and claim to be better than TeamPlayers (your team entered late, at a severe disadvantage, yet still performed exemplary). |

I definitely wouldn't agree with zzZaXxx on calling it an exploit. Though being blue with all the competition and then complaining you have no competition is kinda boring. ;) In EVE, when an alliance runs out of opponents, they split to create new opponents. (Similar to the CFC/HBC thing of recent history.)
Anyways, CUBS, if you would like to accuse us as farmers, I'm sure you're willing to demonstrate you're not, by abandoning all but one or two of TeamPlayers holdings in Molden Heath, right? |

im not accusing anyone, of any thing... stop taking stuff personal bro
YES im a farmer, just ordered a custom-made straw hat made out of camel hair and woven by a very nice hindu woman that I cant even pronounce, much less spell her name ;)
as for you getting attacked.. wasn't me. Other than that I cant speak for any corporation outside my own.
I CAN say I didn't tell anyone to attack you, aside from TcD toxicated cause those fools would NOT stop buggin me about this that and the other thing.. showed them osvetur, even put them next door to you, for them to do.. nothing
they sent 1 attack on you and that's cause when I was giving them the district in that area they were too damn stupid to put the transferred clones on the empty district... they put it on yours..
once again the 'reading is knowledge.. knowledge is power' quote applies

We were all set to wage a war with them, as they seemed like a good even-matched opponent. But they rang EoN players in soon as we got involved. It's not really worth playing war with someone who isn't going to fight on their own. :/ And then like five other groups attacked us, and so it wasn't worth fighting EoN ringers then, didn't have time in the old calendar.

You may be vastly overestimating how much influence the DUST side has over what the EVE side does day-to-day. ;) We work for them, not the other way around. I'd also be hesitant to say the CFC "lost a war", as if it was our war, we would've arranged it. It was more... some other people were like "let's go attack EoN, yo", and we're like "why not, game's boring". Gotta keep the players entertained. |

At most, we were "farming", as you say, for like a week. Because the first goal after buying districts, is to recoup the investment. But as stated, you need to be earning money in order to fund a war. You want a prolonged war... ensure we have three uncontested districts, and we'll clone pack you every day until kingdom come or CCP goes bankrupt. (The latter vastly more likely to come first, realistically.) |

And even in null it's big enough so that weaker alliances still have a chance to build something and participate fully in the emergent content. Random small alliances don't have to compete with Pandemic Legion in order to have a few systems, get some profit, and grow.
Also in Eve there are various sources of income in PVE, etc. so if you love PVP but you're not great at it you can do the work to make back your money and try again, and get better. In Dust only PC brings in enough ISK to fund high level competition. And all we've got is Molden Heath. So smaller alliances try to get a foothold only to be swatted by EoN. Imagine if nullsec consisted of only Fountain and Pandemic Legion owned 80% of it and crushed little startups that ventured into 0.0 to try to have a little sov. Eve would be broken and would suck and be boring and Pandemic Legion would be part of the problem. Well that's exactly the state of affairs in Dust. |

I can't compare the 2? It's the same concept except in EVE quantity > quality.
I don't really care, or see what PVE has anything to do with PC. Wanna make money, there's pubs. Wanna make more money, win PC games.
You're complaining that EoN is winning too much. It's war, and in war to the victor goes the spoils.
Like they say in EVE, HTFU. It's a sandbox, and people determine its faith. Don't like what's going, do something about it. This current war is people's attempt at doing something about it. I don't see why you're still crying about EoN "exploiting" PC.
Districts = income. Winning fights = gaining districts.
That's the way the game works, and it's working as intended. Go QQ to CCP about it. |

It's a sandbox where CCP took all the sand out. ;) Just saying.
I think the point zzZaXxx is trying to stress is there's no good way to tier off competitive play. (Some games like StarCraft have tiers outright.) And pubs and FW are a poor substitute for PC-style gameplay. Realistically, we need corp battles back. And that's definitely a fault of CCP, not EoN. |
