When we have MMinf and aiming, then we can start praising DUST as great.
DUST will be the best with a PS4 port later on. |

Considering I don't plan on purchasing a PS4 until at least a year after it launches I hope so as well. Gotta wait for the game library to expand and everything to drop in price first. |

Ditto and +1 aaron.
I can't imagine the effort and money thrown into Dust 514 up to this point, and I tip my hat (visor if you like) to CCP and all the developers working on a game that I love and see a great deal of potential for.
I know the game is not perfect and I am very much okay with that; because the developers are doing a great job listening to the important issues being brought up by the numerous posts in this forum.
I have been waiting for this game since it was first announced, and I was in on the early beta (I purchased my PS3 only because of the Dust 514 beta), and it is the only game on my PS3.
I wish everyone at CCP and all the developers of Dust 514 all the best success, and I can't wait to see where this is going. I look forward to playing this game well into my dotage ;-) |

I concur with that. At the end of the day it is a free game and you clearly don't have to pay to win. The potential is there and with some patience and yes, some attention from the Devs, this will be a pretty solid long term game for folks.
My impresssion is that comparing Dust to some AAA FPS games is a bit off. Blockbuster titles (CoD, ect) have to bring a highly polished game to the table and the shelf life is maybe a year at most - if they knock it out of the park. It seems to me that Dust is taking a much longer view; i.e. single title with patches/updates that spans several normal console game life cycles and that's a solid approach particularly since the long term goal is a symbiotic environment with EVE.
I'm having a great time playing. Does that mean my standards are low? Don't really care, I like the game and the folks I play with in Corp or more importantly randomly have by and large been pretty good folks and fun to play with - unlike this forum most days.
