Because of this random-as$ bug where your notifications say "voice connection lost, reconnecting..."
And then your voice comms don't work for the better part of the day, until like the next downtime or whatever.
Nothing seems to fix this, i.e. restarting, hard-boot....
Thanks guys for making me into a effing deaf-mute. |

I know this "game", if you wanna call it that, is free... because it's more of a cluster*ck... but bugs like this should have been sorted out long ago.

If the more "disgruntled" of the dust players started a class-action lawsuit to refund all the money they put into Aurum and DLC packs, I gotta admit, I wouldn't feel bad about it... This product is so far under par... and they seem to drag ass with every update and content additions. |

Did you try filing a support ticket? I had the same problem and had it sorted out the very same day.
"1. Log in as a character that cannot use voice 2. Confirm that voice is not working on some voice channel, i.e. the problem persists 3. In the MQ, create a new custom chat channel, make sure itGÇÖs empty and only your character is part of it 4. From the chat UI, select GÇ£Activate VoiceGÇ¥ on this empty channel (even though voice isnGÇÖt working) 5. Restart the client"

It's been over a year now... They were super common a year ago, and I haven't seen one since. Probably not a CCP-specific issue. |

Take BigPoint, for instance- I fully support the lawsuits against them. |
