Personally Im sticking around to troll vehicle players until MGS5 comes out, Kojima confirmed its going to have a new version of MGO so I think Ill migrate to that

MGO 1 didnt have it, MGO2 did when you could AA and lock onto ppl, even had a skill to increase the range and you being a crutch user you love lock on stuff
