It is made up of a small table covered in with a black table cloth. A banner with a crimson red background and letters that are outlined in black with a gold center is above the table that states " The weapons of choice". A standard clone is wearing traditional Ni-Kunni clothing is standing behind it giving a speech about what he was selling. A wall is set up behind him with Scrambler and Laser rifles hanging behind him. All glistening in the light. Ladies and Gentlemen I am going to tell you a glorious story about my product. I was in a battle today with the 24th crusade and it was incredibly profitable. I made 451,952 Isk. My weapon of choice for that battle The Cartheum Assault Scrambler Rifle. In the battle I killed 22 of the enemy not one killed me. My favorite part was killing a full squad of minmatar assault units. They were all grouped up near one the objectives in a small room. I had the most fun making them loose money. What I am saying here is that if you fight for isk then your best weapon of choice is the Cartheum Assault Scrambler Rifle. I use to use the Gallente made Assault rifle for too long but the plasma just doesn't do the trick. Must I not mention the laser rifle and all of the glory it has brought to merc across New Eden. Did you know that Viziam labs are currently working on a new sight that will improve your profits ten-fold. Yes ladies and gentlemen I have have the best weapons you can get here. I assure you with these weapons you will make a solid profit and if you don't you can ask for your money back. The standard clone finish his speech then repeats saying it every couple of minutes when the booth is vacant.

It is my preferred weapon of choice when I'm not in my 'Colossus' Heavy vk.0 Dropsuit; although I wouldn't be opposed to getting a few dozen Cartheum Assault Scrambler Rifles either.

A wise man in this summit once said that when your opponents are immortal simply killing them, no matter how many times, won't make a difference in the end of the day. No, he said. You need to kill your enemies very will to fight, and nothing does this better than the burning light of our lasers. Having your head scrambled in less than a second, sometimes by a single shot. Being helplessly purified by the holy laser of our sacred Rifles. These kind of deaths make the heretics want to stick to the comfort of the MCC and let the people of God own the battlefield as we are entitled to. Stare in awe at the work of the divine in those weapons I will want five of those points at the golden black Imperial Scrambler Rifle. Just finished my Operation training protocol today and I've been wanting to give them a try. Keep up with God's work, Knight, I appreciate it.

Charge time will be standard across all users, no reductions, but the heat will dissipate better as long as you know how to handle the new coolers. The Empire must have been hard at work to bring these changes, I've heard they cooperated with the Carthum Conglomerate in order to produce a technology that also worked with the assault variant they developed. As for the Laser Rifle, the new sights look similar to the ones you can find in a regular Scrambler Rifle. Pretty good, much easier to turn around and keep your aim at your target, not to mention actually seeing what you are melting. I'd like to see how a variant of this weapon produced by the Caldari Empire would work, it could be interesting. As long as the Minmatar keep their hands away from our tech I'm fine with it. Just imagine it: "Burst" Scramblers and Laser Rifles. Bleh, what a joke.

How could the people that devised the first and only Heavy Suit do not have an appropriated weapon for it in the first place? God's will is indeed a mystery at times, but fear not. A Heavy weapon based in Scrambler technology is already being developed and soonGäó you won't have to dirty you hands anymore using that piece of garbage, low tech, shot range, unenlightened pea shooter.
