As anyone who has specced into vehicles will tell you, nothing is more frustrating than getting out of your vehicle to hack or trying to recall your ride when a random teammate (always one with no driving skills whatsoever) makes it their mission to take your expensive ride and, ever so gloriously, die in a burst of bitter flames.
You have no idea how infuriating it is to watch a random small turret gunner run off with your million isk tank as you're trying to recall it, only to get slaughtered because he runs towards the Logi Ck.0 with the swarms you were running from.
My ride, my rules
------Suggestions------
--Square button kicks out all passengers (I personally favor the idea of rocketing them out with an ejection seat) --Attempted recall of vehicle ejects passengers --L3 locks the doors (both inside and out so you can take the poor guys on a joyride) --Simply don't let friendlies into the vehicle nor change seats if the owner isn't inside already (with exception of owner being dead or far from vehicle --High velocity passenger ejection through large turret muzzle (personal favorite) --C4 under the driver seat (ability to kill friendlies in your driver seat. I wouldn't mind the -50 points if it meant saving my expensive vehicle) --Toggle between allowing access to whole team or squad only in settings. (I run mobile CRUs in tanks but can't ever get my men into the hot-zones because the blue dots refuse to get out) |

I can see vehicle drivers being total tools and not even unlocking their vehicles to help me escape incoming fire. |

Haha, it was a sarcastic suggestion that I don't expect to be taken seriously. I'd only really want locking people out. |

Why get out of the vehicle to hack? Isn't that what passengers are for? Meanwhile you are free to drive around running people over. If tanker I'm doubly confused as to why you are out of your redline safe zone instead of just sniping us from the mountaintop. |

I'd like this as a guy who rarely uses vehicles. At least red line tankers can keep guys from AFK'ing in their tanks. Get those fools out there. |

I personally don't mind that, as long as they don't blow it up. I'd honestly give out 3 of my murder-drugers if I knew my teammates were smart enough to know what they were doing. But when they get cocky and think that the vehicle is invincible because you wrecked stuff up in it and they ride off with a newb-gasm and drive it into a ditch, that makes me shrivel up a little |

I use compressed rails for my small turrets on my snipe-tank build so they rage and leave when their guns overheat in three shots : P |

Some teammates will try and shoot the enemy MCC small blasters for the whole match. The worst is when you're blaster tanking and you decide to recall, so you go into the safe-zone but your passenger doesn't take the hint and just sits there for 3 minutes. |

Another, shorter answer: never, ever, ever jump out of your vehicle when a random is in it, for any reason whatsoever. I'll basically AFK if a blue dot is in my tank so it doesn't show up so easily and promptly get alpha'd. |

No, I do not use vehicles on a regular basis. That sucks though I agree. I'm surprised that you cannot recall with a passenger inside as the vehicle owner. I don't understand why CCP doesn't regulate passengers to Squad only if it is that bad then. |

I think that if certain vehicles where single seater and locked to the player that dropped them it would help a lot. Make other kinds purely transport. With no weapons at all. |

I have 10 lighly modded LLAVI dont ever call them because someone willrun over and try to steal them as soon as they see the RDV inbound, plus I have spawned my Blood Raider BPO LAV to move2 guys I was training to an objective and some little git rammed my lav with is, knocking it inot me as otdropped tot he ground, killing me so his mate could steal it!
I think the vehicles in the game need locking from eve1 but your squad (maybe have set under game options) or locked so onlyifyou are in they can get in)
What to do about the pratswho drive off when you want to recall it I have no idea, least when they do that with my BPO it dont costme anything as I wont put anything on it |

I know this feeling all too well... A buddy and I were screwing around once so we decided to troll the passenger; he refused to get out and started firing at my friend who yelled at him to get out on team-chat. So he called an LAV in, I drove the tank into the redline, then I bailed and rode to safety with that poor guy dying in fire behind us. Best 400,000 ISK ever spent. |

CCP has actually already said that they are going to provide squad and team level locks on vehicles. Expect it in 1.5. |
