So I'm thinking of starting a new character to do a lottery.
With an in game chat room and such.
What should I do to help show its legitimacy. Cause I ain't stupid enough to rip anyone off.

You should start it and run it as legitimately as possible.
Seriously, there is no better way to build reputation than by running it for a while. Over time you'll become known as trustworthy, and have cash flowing in. |

Well first thing I wanted to do is create a new character witk empty wallet. So no confusion with my mains wallet. Then take it from there. Although yiur 100% correct. Time it takes. |
