My stats are completely different. Your N=1, I'd rather put faith in CCP's stats.
Perhaps it's your playing style? Are you a fatty with added armour? Zig-zag across plains, don't stand still, invest in speed, get your shields up and you'll be less vulnerable to snipers.

Snipers can only pull this off with a souped-up lvl 5 charge rifle vs a (highly mobile) scout. Either the scout's doing something wrong, or the sniper is skilled. Or probably both. I don't see the problem.

Man, this is sad. Never seen such a narcisist player, projecting is own failure on others or the game, while he clearly doesn't know what he'sdoing. Some examples:

For one, I don't hate snipers, as long as they contribute to winning a match. I'm a newbie, I only snipe and usually end up on the top of the board (rated by WP, not K/D). I hike to objectives, clean them out and hack them, countersnipe and call and soften enemy attacks before they reach my teammates. If you get annoyed by snipers, they're either doing a good job or you're playing it wrong. Get your act together and quit your whining.
Redline snipers, that's another story.
