With terrible hit detection, the magical curse of not firing all the time, painful lag, and a ridiculously slow fire rate, even a 25% hit ration with a rail is pretty good.....not counting farming noobs who stand still when I'm aiming at them.

All the most elite corps right now are made of the old B-team bunnies and the few guys from Imperfects who still play. Get all of these players in a 40-man corp and there would be no one who could stand against them. It's just a matter of convincing these guys that their current corporation is holding them back from their true potential. However, finding a good CEO is damn near impossible BC most ppl don't have the time to manage a corp that would constantly be under attack. I'm not really a political man, but I do know my former Bunnies and at the end of the day, all we care about is being on the winning team- it's why we wanted our ears in the first place.

And yes I did notice that the other day. Matar weapons tend to have greater spreads/ ROF or AoE effects. Gallente aren't much better with short ranged CQC style combat. Caldari and Amarr do focus more oon and reward better longer ranged accuracy.

Hey in all that spraying and madness, it may look like i am not aiming or using any tactic.. but each and every one of them bullets goes exactly where I tell it to, the random looking spray is to throw you off.....
