You can only attack districts in a certain window of time based upon the timer), set by the corp who owns the district. I'm going to guess that EON has changed their timers to take the tournament into account.

I dunno really. It would take coordination more than anything else. Some Corps/Alliances may have a hefty sack of $$$ sitting around. Several pooling ISK together may have a very LARGE sack of ISK. Either way, will never work for reasons I posted in the other thread.

Like how England and France declared war on Germany and it took 7 months for them to fight.
