On one hand the religion's standing offers a "moral" aspect, but nothing in the scriptures mentions homosexuality as an immoral thing to my knowledge, so morality doesn't apply. On the other hand, I can imagine the Amarr could just as easily say "we are all children of god, lay with that you wish" with a certain... how do I put this... Roman outlook. Blood Raiders frequently take place in horribly insanitary orgies, that much I know. Yes, INsanitary. So filthy it is crazy. In my honest assessment, the Empire doesn't seem to care as long as you follow moral religious standards. Just as well I suppose. If anyone wishes to prove me wrong, I would be happy to add another reason to hate the Amarr.))

By the sound of it you Amarrians have always frowned on any form of sexuality, or fun for that matter. I find it so hard to believe that so many mercenaries give themselves to such a strict doctrine. I guess that's why I am Gallente all the way. I myself prefer to live life to its fullest and partake in all it's pleasures, so if you need me I'll be partying it up in your local Gallente run stim-clubs. Cheers
To be honest in dedicating myself to my purpose as a Templar the distractions of a normal life are somewhat pushed aside by the strict regime of exercises, prayer, and combat duties.
I didn't become a Templar to live that normal life, I became one so others could. I am happy simply knowing that in my purpose I am preventing more Amarrian men and women to the frontlines. |
