Since the Server is down, I'll spam the boards a little more.
A while ago (2 weeks) I asked about the SCR, and if it was OP, because I was getting 1-shotted with it a lot. I decided to use it for myself, and decided that it was about 1% over on the OP side of the spectrum.
I'm skilled into a few different weapons in this game, because I'll like to try things out and change things up. It keeps the game interesting to me. Is the SCR OP?
Compared to the AR, no. Compared to the TacAR, no. Compared to the HMG/Shotgun, no. Compared to the MD, no, Compared to the Plasma Connon... okay, I still haven't seen the Plasma Cannon used ONCE in this game during a match, not ONCE! Compared to the laser, did I mention I haven't seen, heard, or noticed in the killfeed the Plasma Cannon yet? Its been over a year, and I kind of don't even know what it is even. WTF is the Plasma Cannon? Is it the daughter of the Forge Gun?
All I picture in my head is a gun that shoots goop at people, pink/purple goop. |

its not OP you are right, if you are getting one shotted its probably likely to be the Charge Shot and that's rather hard to hit with reliably. |

The PC essentially shoots a highly visible emergency flare at super-slow speed, lacks consistent hit detection, and then generates almost no splash damage... Sometimes, that is. Sometimes it just spools up and fires a bright shiny blank. Suffers from reload glitches as well.
So it's working as intended.  |
