Thats like saying since a new player joined they should get 20m SP so they can try the fits vets are using....... |

CCP has already said no more respecs, this doesn't nean if they change a skill requirement say from 5x multiplier to a 3x multiplier you wont get the what you put into that skill back but I seriously doubt there will be another respec... it's not the CCP way of doing things...
EDIT: or in case of the heavy/new racial suits already in the game they may refund that branch of your skill tree but this is just speculation based off what they have done in EVE |

People always say this but are incorrect. CCP never said no more respecs, they said no more resets but are still open to another respec should the skill tree go through a substantial change.
All you did was change the meaning of the word... The skill tree changing substantially even though unlikely, is an obvious. .. |
