In this video, I discuss the easiest game mode to win without having to rely much on teammates outside your squad. Domination. I talk about my strategy of choice that makes winning a cinch and what my fittings look like.

feedback: this is a written forum. So it would be polite of you to write a summary of what you said in the video. Particularly since it sounds like your video is not much more than a monologue.
Are you aiming to bump your youtube hits up, or are you aiming to be the most use to other players?
If the second, then please write it up.

 Both. It's gone pretty well.

So the limit on uplinks is not per player, but per type of uplink per player? So you can have a militia uplink, regular uplink and some kind of advanced up link all going at once?

i.e. you can have Militia, Basic, 'Stable' and the other Advanced one. WIth the advanced one you can have 2 going at the same time, and if you fit a stable uplink and basic, you can have 2 more at the same time.

 Might be wrong though.

This principle also applies to remote explosives, where each tier is on a different detonator frequency and max-on-field cap/counter.

I believe it's true for anything you can place on the field. Hives, Uplinks and REs are the only things I can think of.

You are correct. I do it all the time. Have a logi with three diff types of uplinks and deploy them all. The limit is set by type not total.
