You must have your histories mistake, or perhaps I do, but cloned soldiers are a recent development in technology, with the sleeper tech being exploited in YC 11, and the first clone soldiers revealed in YC115. We had ensiaved the Minmatar for several hundred years before the Great Rebellion in 23216. They did not design the prototype implants their lack of technological development Is apparent, due to the Amarr having to uplift them from their tribal status. Before the Golden Fleet first arrived I would have been surprised if the Minmatar had even been through and industrial age,

Very different technological advancements, not to mention the huge disparity in terms of supplies between the two; the Amarr have an abundance of resources, while the Sebiestor have little to no resources available to them. That being said, it is a scary thought to imagine what they could accomplish if put in the same situation as your Amarrian engineers. [/quote] God provides for those who are faithful.
